Electives

St.Vincent offers a wide range of elective opportunities. Some of our most commonly selected electives include Cardiology, Acute Pain, Procedures, International Medicine, Dermatopathology, Occuloplastics, Orbital Dissection,  Diagnostic Medicine, Research, Chronic Pain, Geriatrics, Palliative Care, and Neurology.

If an intern desires an elective opportunity not formally offered, he or she can complete a "Designer Elective" pending curriculum approval by the Transitional Year Program Evaluation Committee and the Program Director.
