Fiber Optic Network will Help Hospital First, Then Two Counties

St.Vincent Williamsport Hospital will soon be utilizing the addition of a fiber-optic network to improve the speed of its health information network. Jane Craigin, administrator of St.Vincent Williamsport Hospital, said the project will benefit patients by improving ease of access to electronic medical records and allow information sharing with larger hospitals in Indianapolis.
