New Study on Children’s Sleep and Obesity

The American Academy of Sleep Medicine says in a new study that children who stay up later at night and sleep in later in the morning are 1.5 times more likely to become obese. Dr. Adam Fisch, board-certified sleep specialist, was interviewed about the findings of this study.
