There is a rising phenomenon among teens: sleep texting. A similar concept to sleep walking, sleep texting is when someone sends a text message during the night and wakes with no recollection of their actions. Dr. Adam Fisch, board-certified sleep specialist, discussed what is causing Hoosiers to reach for their phones during sleep.
