St.Vincent Relocates Fishers Outpatient Services
FISHERS – Today, St.Vincent officials announced the relocation of its outpatient services at 11201 USA Parkway to three convenient Fishers sites.
For the past 10 years, St.Vincent offered primary care, imaging and physical therapy services at the I-69 and Exit 5 location. Area patients and families will now have easy access to outpatient services at three locations: a St.Vincent Physician Network office, St.Vincent Medical Center Northeast and the Fishers YMCA.
At the Physician Network office, 9795 E. 116th Street, Drs. Cheryl Ferguson, Eva Freeman, Heather Slaven and Tamra Woodworth provide pediatric services for Fishers children and families. In addition to the four pediatricians, Sarah Thomas, MD, delivers rheumatology services for area residents. This month, St.Vincent announced the opening of a new Immediate Care Center at the same Fishers office. Board-certified primary care physicians help patients needing immediate attention, or those unable to schedule an appointment with their family doctor.
Diagnostic imaging services have been relocated to the Immediate Care Center and St.Vincent Medical Center Northeast, 13914 E. State Route 238 (I-69 and Exit 10). The outpatient facility at the intersection of highway 238 and Olio Road serves patients from the growing Fishers, Noblesville, Carmel and southwestern Madison County communities, and includes an ambulatory surgery center, a medical office building and Indiana’s first freestanding emergency department.
In December 2009, St.Vincent Rehabilitation Therapies celebrated the relocation and opening of its Physical Therapy location at the Fishers YMCA, 9012 E. 126th Street. At the Fishers location, YMCA members have immediate access to the 3,900 square-foot St.Vincent facility. The outpatient location includes licensed therapists who provide orthopedic care, sport-specific rehabilitation, neurological and general rehabilitation.
To make an appointment at the St.Vincent Physician Network office, call (317) 913-8100. St.Vincent Rehabilitation Therapies at the Fishers YMCA can be reached at (317) 338-LIVE (5483).
