Tom VanOsdol

President

Saint John’s Health System

Tom VanOsdol has been president of Saint John’s Health System since 2008, after serving as interim president beginning in late 2007.

Mr. VanOsdol has been a member of Saint John’s Health System since 1990, joining the hospital as a staff speech language pathologist. He has been a key member of Saint John’s leadership team for more than 17 years, serving as vice president of Operations before moving to the president’s office. He has led numerous clinical and operational departments, programs and successes throughout his tenure, including the recent system-wide implementation of the LEAN process improvement methodology.

He currently serves the Anderson and Madison County communities on a variety of boards, committees and community-wide health improvement and leadership initiatives.
