Physical therapy provides individualized treatment programs to:

- Promote wound healing.
Each rehabilitation program has a strong emphasis on patient and family education. All traditional physical medicine modalities are available, including:
- Aquatic therapy: Pool therapy at Erskine Rehabilitation uses water heated to 94°F to treat conditions such as pain or weakness.
- Upper and lower extremity orthotic appliances, such as hand/wrist splints and custom-made shoe inserts
