This 10-week class teaches participants how to lose pounds while gaining a healthier, more rewarding lifestyle. Developed and taught by registered dietitians who focus on achieving overall health, the class utilizes proven scientific methods to explain how to improve eating habits and make positive lifestyle changes that result in weight loss or weight maintenance, as well as a greater sense of well being.
