Visits by family and friends are an important part of the healing and recovery process and contribute greatly to the well-being of our patients.
In accordance with our commitment to patient-centered care, St.Joseph Hospital does not restrict visiting hours to certain times. However, we do ask that visitors respect patients’ need for rest and privacy. Visits may be limited by the patient’s need for medical or nursing care, treatment, rest, privacy, and patient preference, as well as a roommate’s preference.
Children are welcome to visit, providing an adult other than the patient accompanies them. We ask that children with a cold, a sore throat, or a potentially communicable disease to delay visiting until they are well.
Under certain circumstances, family members may wish to stay overnight. Blankets and pillows can be provided to make your stay more comfortable.
