Home Care
St.Joseph At Home is available to residents of Howard and surrounding counties, and to any person, regardless of age, sex, race, religion, or mental or physical disability.
The medical professionals who provide home care are selected for their experience and compassion. Services are provided by:
- Registered nurses
- Physical, occupational and speech therapists
- Home health aides

- Caregiver training and education
- Pain control management
- Intravenous therapy
- Rehabilitation programs
- Retraining for daily living
- Disease management
- Assistance with personal care
- Nutrition counseling
- Nurses available on-call 24 hours a day

You may be referred for any of these services by:
- A physician
- A hospital discharge planner
- Family member or friend
- An outside agency

St.Joseph At Home is licensed by the State of Indiana, certified for Medicare and Medicaid services, and accredited by The Joint Commission.
