The Carmel Waterfall Cafeteria is located on the lower level of the hospital, main entrance.

• Breakfast, 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
• Lunch, 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (grill closes at 1:30 p.m.)
• Drinks and snack bar, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Dinner, 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. (grill closes at 6:00 p.m.)

Weekend and holiday hours

• Breakfast, 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
• Lunch 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Gilato Da Vinci Bistro

The Gelato Da Vinci Bistro is located on the lower level of the hospital, main entrance.

Specializes in gelato, espresso, cappuccino and lunch and dinner salads and sandwiches.

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Tuesday and Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Food and beverages are also available throughout the hospital in various vending machines located in the facility.
