Cover the Uninsured Week
St. Vincent Frankfort Hospital is an active participant in the annual Cover the Uninsured Week sponsored by Robert Wood Johnson and hundreds of other participating organizations across the country.
Advocacy for the Uninsured
St.Vincent Frankfort helps sponsor activities during this week to highlight the plight of the uninsured and advocate for finding solutions to this significant health issue. Although St. Vincent Frankfort Hospital is involved year-round in meeting the needs of the uninsured, the hospital plans one or more community events during this week.
To inform the public about the needs of the uninsured and assist in connecting the uninsured to available resources, we offer:
- A Poverty Experience simulation
- Community roundtable
- Enrollment outreach
