St.Vincent Frankfort Hospital offers individualized diabetes care, where we will meet with you one on one.
Education and Meal Planning
Our diabetes care includes patient education. We also have a dietician on staff to assist with nutritional meal planning.

Dialysis and Supportive Care
St.Vincent Frankfort Hospital offers dialysis as well as supportive care in diabetes. We assist patients with:
- Learning more about managing their disease
- How to incorporate healthy lifestyle and diet choices
- Answering any questions that patients may have regarding diabetes

Diabetes Support Group
We host a diabetes support group that meets once a month. This targeted support group features a speaker or presentation topic related to caring for diabetes. Patients and families are welcome to attend.
