Carl W. Risk II
Carl Risk started his healthcare career as a physical therapist assistant and transitioned to a regional rehabilitation manager at American Senior Communities. After completing his Master of Health Administration he completed an administrative residency at King’s Daughters’ Hospital and Columbus Regional Hospital. Before coming to St. Vincent Jennings, Mr. Risk was Vice President of Clinical Services at King’s Daughters’ Hospital in Madison, IN. During his career he has served on numerous community boards and committees. Mr. Risk has been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Partners, Economic Opportunities 2015 Advisory Board, Community Foundation Grants Committee, United Way Grants Committee, and Rotary.
As administrator of St. Vincent Jennings Hospital Mr. Risk will be responsible for patient care, operations, finances, physician relations, strategic planning, clinical program development, and will work with community members/leaders throughout Jennings County. In addition, he will participate in St. Vincent Health southern Indiana regional operations efforts, which includes St. Vincent Salem Hospital in Salem, IN and St. Vincent Dunn Hospital in Bedford, IN.
Mr. Risk earned an AS in Physical Therapy and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Evansville. He completed his Master of Health Administration degree at Indiana University and has earned Fellow status with the American College of Health Care Executives.
