Deborah Rasper, FACHE

Administrator

St.Vincent Mercy Hospital

Deborah Rasper has led St.Vincent Mercy Hospital since 2003, serving in several other positions within St.Vincent Health since 2001. She was affiliated with Network Development at St.Vincent Health and previously served as interim administrator for St.Vincent Clay Hospital.

Ms. Rasper has performed in many capacities for Indiana health facilities including Kendrick Memorial Hospital, Community Hospitals Indianapolis, and Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville. She is a Registered Dietitian and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati. She earned her master’s degree in Hospital and Health Administration from Xavier University.

She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and held the position as governor from 2006-2009. Ms. Rasper also serves as a board member for numerous organizations in and around the state and local community and is very active in her church.
