St.Vincent New Hope Accessibility Plan
St.Vincent New Hope is committed to extraordinary support for the individuals we serve. We strive for superior outcomes for our program participants by holding our associates to best-in-class standards of performance in providing holistic are.
Toward that end, St.Vincent New Hope has an Accessibility Committee that is responsible for ensuring that all individuals and associates have access to all services provided. The committee's goals is to identify barriers that might interfere with:
- A participant’s ability to receive services
- An associate’s ability to work
Meetings
The Accessibility Committee meets quarterly to review accessibility issues, make recommendations, and follow up on plans.
Committee Members
The committee consists of associates from each program, consumers, team leaders, office professionals, maintenance technicians, and quality assurance staff.
Initiatives
The plan addresses possible barriers in the following areas:
- Attitudes
- Architecture
- Communication
- Environment
- Employment
- Finances
- Transportation
- Any other issues that might interfere with an individual's accessibility to services
