Quality Assurance
St.Vincent New Hope believes that quality is a continuous process of improvement. Our focus is to provide effective services and supports that make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve, and to assist individuals to have the life that they desire.
To ensure quality service and support, our Quality Assurance Coordinator (QAC) completes an internal review for each individual annually.
- The QAC meets with individuals in their home, with families and our associates to receive their input and ideas for services and supports.
- A sampling of individuals and their families are surveyed quarterly, with all being surveyed annually.
- Associates are also surveyed annually. St.Vincent New Hope values their contributions, listens, and responds to their ideas, views, and opinions.

Our New Hope Experience Quality Indicators scorecard is a measure of our success in meeting our quality standards.
Outcomes Management
Our Outcomes Management Plan directs our individual program contributions towards excellence.

Our Vision
To be a leader in central Indiana in providing values-driven, holistic care for persons who are poor and vulnerable with particular attention to those individuals who are also disabled.
- We are committed to providing high-quality community-based services supporting individuals through a variety of services.
- We will develop the body, mind, and spirit of each individual as our services promote independence and self-sufficiency, and provide opportunities for growth.
Our Commitment
In accordance with our mission, vision, and core values, St.Vincent New Hope is committed to providing services that effectively and efficiently meet the needs and desires of the individuals receiving services, their families and advocates, our associates, volunteers, funders, and Board of Directors.
- Each program creates goals to implement St.Vincent New Hope's strategic plan. Input from individuals and associates is incorporated in our goals.
- Each program/service submits a quarterly report that addresses progress. The Outcomes Management Plan progress reports are shared with the Board of Directors quarterly.
Our Goals
- We will expand services to individuals with Developmental Disabilities in order to reduce the wait time for individuals to receive services.
- We will demonstrate a commitment to extraordinary client support through superior quality outcomes while continually holding our performance to best-in-class standards through the provision of holistic care.
