Supported Independent Living Program
Our mission is to provide guidance, resources, and support services to people with developmental disabilities so that they may reach their greatest level of independence. Each individual is provided with support to become a valued member of his or her community.
Program Details
Individuals in this program generally live in apartments our houses, usually one to three individuals per home. Support services are provided a few hours a week, up to 16 hours per day, based on individuals needs.
We focus on:
- Providing those with serve with opportunities to make individual choices
- Spending time with family and friends
- Building relationships with others and participating in community organizations and events
- Developing daily life skills, such as maintaining health and safety, cooking, housekeeping, money management and making social contacts
Support Services
Support services of our program include:
- Personal assistance
- Residential Habilitation/Support Community Habilitation Participation
- Accessible transportation
- Counseling and behavior management
- Nursing/healthcare coordination

- Medicaid waiver:

- Traumatic brain injury
- Aged & disabled
- Private fees
