Middle School & High School Training
St.Vincent Sports Performance (SVSP) provides cutting edge strength and conditioning programs for middle school and high school athletes at two training facilities and selected high schools across Indianapolis. From speed and energy system development, to Olympic lifting, mobility, pliability and agility, our staff provides programming that challenges those that aspire to make the team, as well as push those that are excelling at a high level within their sport.
Based on the athlete’s capabilities and assessed needs, programming may include, but is not limited to the following:
- Movement preparation (dynamic warm up and foam rolling)
- Pre and progress testing
- Speed mechanics
- Sport specific training
- Resistance training
- Core strength development
- Energy system development (conditioning)
