Tobacco Free - It's the way to be!

Each year it is estimated that 9,700 Hoosiers will die from tobacco use. Indiana has the second-highest rate of adult smokers in the country. Only the tobacco-growing state of Kentucky ranks higher.

St.Vincent Williamsport believes it has a responsibility as a health care provider to inspire the community to break the tobacco habit and lead a healthier lifestyle. Therefore, beginning Jan. 1, 2007, St.Vincent Williamsport will become a tobacco-free campus to ensure the health and safety of patients, associates and visitors.
