St.Vincent StatFlight
In 2010 St.Vincent Health entered into a new integration agreement with PHI Air Medical, which further enhanced our ONE Call Transfer service and created two new critical care transport brands – St.Vincent StatFlight and St.Vincent StatGround.
Since 2005, St.Vincent Health has been working with PHI Air Medical to provide critically ill patients access to advanced tertiary care facilities and physicians.
Helicopter Bases
Currently, PHI Air Medical has four helicopter bases around the state, including Anderson (Saint John’s Health System), Danville (Hendricks Regional Health), North Vernon (St.Vincent Jennings Hospital) and West Lafayette (Purdue Airport).
First Response for Acute Care
St.Vincent StatFlight works in concert with the St.Vincent ONE Call Transfer, which provides first responders, physicians, nurses and hospitals with a simple and efficient process to transfer patients to an acute care facility. The air and ground transport service also gives patients and families access to the health system’s highly specialized services such as cardiovascular, neurosciences, pediatrics, women’s and orthopedic care.
