- Violations of patient/associate confidentiality
- Conflicts of interest
- Inappropriate gifts, entertainment and gratuities
- Stealing or misuse of assets
- Fraud, abuse or false claims
- Environmental, health and safety issues
- Improper use of proprietary information
- Inappropriate use of St.Vincent resources for lobbying/political activities
