If you are considering becoming pregnant or are already pregnant, there has never been a better time to get educated about eating right and getting exercise. At St.Vincent Women’s Hospital, we are here to help. We offer education and resources designed to teach you about the short- and long-term benefits of healthy eating and exercise for you and your baby. We can help you learn the variety of ways to exercise so that you can have fun and be fit, as well as how to make better food choices that will help you manage your weight today and for years to come.
Our trained, supportive caregivers offer exercise and nutrition consultations to help you set and achieve your healthier lifestyle goals.
During this one-hour session, you will meet with one of our educators to learn exercises that target your specific needs. You’ll receive the information you need to incorporate exercise into your daily routine and help you be more physically fit. Cost is $70 per hour.
