INDIANAPOLIS, Jan. 2, 2004 –
Sharon Mihalik has joined St.Vincent Health to lead the statewide healthcare ministry as Executive Director of Planning, Business Development & Marketing. “We are proud to have Sharon join the St.Vincent ministry,” Vincent C. Caponi, FACHE, CEO of St.Vincent Health said.
Mihalik will direct the efforts of the planning, business development and marketing departments for St.Vincent Health and provide support to the marketing and planning activities in the 15-hospital St.Vincent Health system.
Mihalik, a 1982 graduate of Pennsylvania State University where she earned a B.S. in Marketing, has previous healthcare experience. She spent 14 years with Baxter International Inc., a multi-billion dollar manufacturer of healthcare products and services worldwide. At Baxter, she was the director of Health Systems where she managed a more than $500 million portfolio; was director of National Accounts and director of Marketing, Distribution Services. Sharon is a board member of Y-Me Breast Cancer of Central Indiana and the past chairperson of the Y-Me Fashion show fundraiser.
