INDIANAPOLIS – One lucky children’s health care supporter will be the recipient of a two-year lease on a 2008 Corvette coupe from Bill Estes Chevrolet through an upcoming raffle for Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St.Vincent. Bill Estes Chevrolet and the St.Vincent Foundation will announce the Corvette lease winner at the Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital Fundraising Gala on Friday, April 25.
St.Vincent Health, Bill Estes Chevrolet and Peyton Manning have sustained a longstanding relationship. In September 2007, the 17-hospital system continued its relationship with Manning by collaborating to rename its comprehensive children’s hospital after the Pro Bowl quarterback. For five years, Estes has served as a St.Vincent Health board member, and the local car dealer has partnered with the Super Bowl XLI MVP player on a number of initiatives.
“The Corvette is the All-American sports car and always one of the most desired vehicles,” said Bill Estes of Bill Estes Chevrolet. “We are pleased to bring the enthusiasm surrounding the Corvette to this fundraising event to support children's healthcare.”
The deadline to purchase the $100 tickets is at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 23.
“This charitable raffle affords the opportunity for our community to support the complexity of care performed at our dedicated pediatric hospital,” said Vincent C. Caponi, CEO of St.Vincent Health. “We are grateful to Bill for supplying us with this resource, so we can partner with the community to increase access to pediatric care throughout our state.”
Approximately 500 raffle tickets are available for the two-year lease. Tickets can be purchased at Bill Estes Chevrolet at 4105 W. 96th Street; at St.Vincent Indianapolis, Carmel and Women’s hospitals; or by calling the St.Vincent Foundation at (317) 338-2338. Raffle rules are available at stvincent.org.
