A no-cost health clinic for employees and their families who are enrolled in a CCS health insurance plan
The CCS Employee Wellness Center offers a convenient access to healthcare for employees and their families who are enrolled in any CCS insurance plan. This no-cost clinic provides a full range of wellness and primary care services. The care team includes a physician, registered nurse, medical assistant, exercise physiologist and registered dietician. The Wellness Center also provides a number of generic medications at no charge.

The CCS Wellness Center physicians are available to you for primary care and wellness services during the hours that the CCS Wellness Center is open for business. For care outside of the operating hours please visit the nearest in-network urgent care facility or contact your primary care physician. For serious injuries or emergencies call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Elisabeth Phillips, MD
Dr. Phillips grew up in Northwestern, Ohio, and graduated from Boonshaft School of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Methodist Hospital in 1992. Dr. Phillips had a primary care practice in Broad Ripple from 1992 to 2012 before joining the St.Vincent@Work team. She enjoys reading, outdoor activities, traveling and being with her family.
Emily Stochel, MD
Dr. Stochel is a native of Zionsville and a graduate of Zionsville Community High School. After four years in New Orleans at Tulane University, she came home to Indiana for medical school at IU. She did her family medicine residency at St. Vincent Hospital, then completed a primary care sports medicine fellowship at St. Vincent Sports Performance, giving her the knowledge to care for a broad range of musculoskeletal problems. Outside of medicine, she enjoys running, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, TJ, and two boys, Liam and Jacob.
Amy Adamski MSW, LCSW, LCAC
Amy attended Indiana University and received her Masters Degree in Social Work in 1993. She is certified as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC). Amy's professional career has included experience in direct clinical care for patient populations across the lifespan. Since 1996, Amy has worked with children and adults in both inpatient and outpatient programs at the St. Vincent Stress Center. Amy's areas of expertise include crisis intervention and assessment, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship issues and chemical dependency/recovery. Amy currently resides in Westfield with her husband and two children.
Michelle Adams, MS, ACSM EP-C, ACE GFI
Michelle Adams is the Wellness Coordinator for Carmel Clay Schools that works through the St. Vincent Health, Wellness and Preventative Care Institute. She received her Bachelors degree at Indiana University and Masters degree at IUPUI both in Kinesiology. Through working in various corporate wellness departments for the past nine years, she has gained experience through managing a wellness center to creating, implementing, and evaluating wellness programming to help employees live a healthy lifestyle. In her free time, she also enjoys teaching a variety of group fitness classes and loves to motivate people to move more.
Alison M. Walton, PharmD, BCPS
Alison Walton is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Ambulatory Care at St. Vincent and an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Butler University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She grew up in Newburgh, Indiana, and graduated from Castle High School. Alison received her Doctor of Pharmacy at Ohio Northern University in 2008 followed by a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice residency and a PGY-2 Family Medicine Specialty residency. She is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and provides medication management services for patients with a variety of chronic diseases states, including diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. Alison and her husband, Justin, enjoy spending time with their two young boys, James and Evan, and Havanese dog, Quincy. In her free time, Alison enjoys cooking, running, and other outdoor activities with her family.
Ben Norris, MS, CSCS
Ben is the St. Vincent Health Wellness & Preventive Care Institute’s exercise physiologist. He has a broad range of experience teaching, training and counseling, from individuals with chronic disease all the way to professional athletes. Ben has worked with the Indianapolis Colts as a strength and conditioning intern and with the National Institute for Fitness and Sport as a health fitness specialist. Ben has also worked with Indiana University as an instructor in exercise physiology and a researcher in the Human Movement Laboratory. Additionally he has clinical experience as an exercise physiologist in cardiovascular testing. Ben received his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from DePauw University and his master’s degree in exercise physiology from Indiana University. He is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a strength and conditioning specialist and personal trainer.
Jacquie Sullivan, RD
Jacquie Sullivan, RD is the Clinical Dietician for the St. Vincent Health, Wellness, and Preventive Care Institute. She was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN and received her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness, and Health from Purdue University. Recently she completed a 10-month dietetic internship focused on disease management and health promotion at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Jacquie has experience working with individuals from all walks of life who have diabetes, heart disease, cancer, weight-related issues, and other conditions. She is a self-proclaimed foodie that loves to teach others how to improve their health and quality of life through diet and exercise. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, exercising, traveling, and spending time with her family and their pets.
Kathy Lowe, RN
Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Kathy graduated from the Mount Carmel School of Nursing. She spent the first 28 years of her career in oncology/hematology. In 2006, she was involved in opening the Mark H. Zangmeister Cancer Treatment Center in central Ohio. Upon moving to Indianapolis, Kathy joined the St.Vincent Medical Group as the team Lead for the Broad Ripple Family and Internal Medicine practice. It was here that she began working with Dr. Phillips. Kathy is married and has an adult son who also resides in Indianapolis. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening and is an avid walker preparing for her second half marathon.
