Application Information
The resident must be a pharmacist having sufficiently broad knowledge, skills, attitudes, and abilities in pharmacy practice necessary for further professional development at an advanced level.
Applicants must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from a college accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education, and must hold or be eligible for pharmacist licensure in Indiana. Applicants must have completed an ASHP-Accredited PGY1 pharmacy practice residency.
A completed application consists of the following:
- Letter of intent
- Curriculum vitae
- Three letters of reference
- St.Vincent Hospital Employee application prior to start of the residency available at www.stvincent.org. Then select:
- Find a career
- External (New applicants)
Screening interviews will be conducted at the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting. Appointments may be made prior to the meeting. Formal interviews for qualified candidates will be conducted in Indianapolis. All interview candidates will be required to present a 30 minute PowerPoint presentation on a topic pertinent to pediatrics. The audience will be the pharmacy and medical staffs. Copies of the presentation will be due three days prior to the interview.
All application material must be received by January 7th.
