The St.Vincent Hospitals and Health Services Administrative Fellowship Program is a one-year, post-graduate program of applied learning within a health system. The fellowship is designed to construct meaningful learning experiences that will help to supplement academic knowledge as well as contribute to multiple entities within the St.Vincent Health System.

The goal is to align personal interests with the objective to :

• Develop management and leadership skills and professional acumen in healthcare;

• Identify ways to contribute to community development activities;

• Create opportunities to gain exposure to staff and operational activities at all
  management levels;

• Understand the challenges facing St.Vincent Health related to cost, customer satisfaction, strategic direction, external pressures that influence the delivery of healthcare and growth initiatives; and,

• Understand the internal challenges of system integration.
