All Applicants Must:
- Complete a Masters of Health Administration, Masters of Business Administration, or equivalent, from an accredited graduate program.
- Demonstrate commitment to community development or service.
- Be appreciative of the integration of spirituality and healthcare.
- Demonstrate leadership skills, abilities and initiative.
- Possess effective oral and written communication skills.

- Three Letters of Recommendation: Employer, Faculty Member, Other
- Graduate School Transcript

Selection Process
Individuals who have submitted completed applications will receive an electronic mail acknowledging receipt. A panel of St. Vincent associates will judge applications based upon qualification criteria, recommendations and personal goals and objectives. Application materials for the 2008-2009 administrative fellowship will be due by October 31, 2007. Approximately 8-12 individuals will be selected for telephone interviews to be completed by November 15.
Onsite interviews will be conducted with 4-5 finalists in early December. The successful candidate will be contacted with a final acceptance date by the end of December. The fellowship commencement is July 1, yet is flexible to meet the individual's situation.
