Dr. Zdobylak graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in 1994 and from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1998. He completed his internship and residency in Neurology in 2002 from the Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Zdobylak was the Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurology at the Indiana University while treating headache and migraine patients. Dr. Zdobylak is the founder of the St.Vincent Headache Center and medical director.

He is a member of the American Headache Society, the National Headache Foundation, the American Academy of Neurology and Indiana State Medical Association.
