St.Vincent has well-trained and experienced health care professionals to answer questions, assist you and your family and help ease the transition to your home and community. St.Vincent staff will listen to your concerns, help you make decisions and help arrange for the services you need. These services include home nursing care, therapy, housekeeping services and assistance with medications.
The St.Vincent Institute on Aging offers a variety of services for older adults, including the Care Management Program "Rent a Daughter." This fee-for-service program staffed by geriatric care managers helps people shop, pay bills and locate needed social agencies or private services. Call 338-3556 for more information. |
