About the Foundation

Founded in 2006, the St.Vincent Jennings Foundation exists to financially and relationally benefit the St.Vincent Jennings Hospital ministry. Additionally, the Foundation Board, made up of community-minded volunteers, medical staff leadership, and hospital leadership, endeavors to forge funding collaborations within the Jennings County community.

Events
St.Vincent Jennings Foundation holds an annual golf tournament featuring numerous Indiana University sports celebrities. In addition, the Foundation partners with Jennings County High School groups for fund-raising activities such as car washes, which has produced fun, fellowship, and revenue, both for the Foundation and high school groups.

Supported Programs
Breast cancer diagnosis has markedly improved and chest pain patients – the hospital’s largest patient constituency – will receive more comprehensive care thanks to the St.Vincent Jennings Foundation. In its two years of fund-raising, the Foundation has given thousands of dollars to St.Vincent Jennings Hospital for high-resolution ultrasound equipment. Another campaign has included upgrading heart monitoring equipment in the hospital’s Emergency Department.
