The services we offer include:
- Post offer physicals and drug screens
- DOT physicals and drug screens, including random screens and breath alcohol testing (BAT)
Our treatment services include:
- Injury and non-injury treatment and services
- Simple laceration repair
- Post accident drug screens
- Open communication with employers and workers' compensation carriers
- Authorized referrals to a network of specialists
- Physical therapy availability for treatment and work site evaluations
- HIPAA compliant records management
Non-traumatic injuries may be seen immediately in the Occupational Health and Wellness Office. Emergent care will initially be evaluated in the Emergency Department with follow-up care in the office.
Drug Testing
E-Screen, our instant drug testing, allows the employer to know of negative results within an hour of collection. The E-Screen system detects adulterated specimens, and the electronic interpretation (electronic eye) does not allow for error or variables from humans. Results are available via e-mail, fax or automated voice response system.
Screenings
On site health screens and education are available upon request, including cholesterol screens, blood pressure, smoking cessation, BMI (body mass index), flu shots, etc.
Free blood pressure screenings are offered to the public every Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Occupational Health & Wellness Office.
Associate Health Services
Associate Health is located in the Occupational Health and Wellness Office and has the same operating hours.
We will accommodate third shift on an appointment basis by calling 765-557-2245.
