Macy’s at Castleton

Macy's at Castleton is committed to providing high-quality screening mammograms and osteoporosis testing in a convenient, friendly environment.

Screenings take only 15 – 20 minutes, and women are given a beeper to carry with them while shopping to notify them of their appointment time.

Hours for the St.Vincent Women's Center at Macy’s are:

• Monday: by appointment
• Tuesday: 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
• Wednesday: 11:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
• Thursday: 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
• Saturday: by appointment

Mammography services at St.Vincent are certified by the Food and Drug Administration and all technologists are licensed by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists. Mammograms are read by board certified radiologists at St.Vincent Hospital. The results are sent to the woman's personal physician.

The center also offers a specialized test that measures bone density, a painless, non-invasive method in identifying bone loss. Bone density testing can help detect osteoporosis before a fracture occurs and can predict your future risk of fracture.
