St. Vincent Pediatric Rehabilitation Center is located on the north side of Indianapolis on 86th Street, two blocks east of St. Vincent Hospital. From I-465, take the Michigan Road (421) Exit south one mile to 86th Street. Go east on 86th Street approximately two miles. Turn south on Office Park Drive. The hospital is on the left.
