New Hope Transportation Service
Provides transportation services to residents of St.Vincent New Hope group homes and supported living facilities. Trained drivers use wheelchair accessible lift vans, station wagons and mini-vans. This service enables residents to access jobs, medical appointments, educational opportunities and recreational activities.
Stress Center Transportation
The St.Vincent Stress Centers provide transportation to special programs including Senior Adult Day Programs and schools for Adolescent Day Therapy.
Transportation Referral Services
St.Vincent makes referrals for transportation assistance to the Primary Care Clinic and the Indiana Institute on Aging.
