Saint John’s Home Health Care provides a wide range of in-home services by registered nurses, home health aides, occupational, speech and physical therapists, medical social workers, and pastoral care counselors.

These services may shorten the length of a hospitalization or prevent an inpatient admission altogether. Under the direction of a physician, an individualized care plan is developed for each patient. Skilled nursing care is available, including high-tech home IV therapies, rehabilitation programs, newborn follow-up, ostomy and wound care, and management of catheters and feeding tubes. Saint John’s Medical Supplies has a variety of medical equipment and supplies for use in the home.

In-home service is reimbursed by most third-party payers. The agency is licensed by the Indiana State Board of Health, certified as a Medicare and Medicaid provider, and accredited by JCAHO.
