NURSING SERVICES

Skilled RN's to assess, teach, and provide patient care including: diabetic care, IV therapy, pain management/chemotherapy, wound care and ostomy management, cardiopulmonary care and congestive heart failure, and disease management.

THERAPY SERVICES

Physical and occupational therapy which focuses on strengthening, balance, transfer-training, and rehabilitation.

SPEECH THERAPY

Emphasis on communication and swallowing.

HOME HEALTH AIDE

Compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to give personal care and self care skills including: bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKERS

To provide counseling and short and long term care planning with an emphasis on providing information on community resources.

TELEMONITORING IN YOUR HOME

St.Vincent Home Health offers daily home monitoring of vital systems seven days per week. The small, unobtrusive device records weight, blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, pulse and oxygen saturation, at times convenient for you.

Who can qualify for Home Health Care?

Anyone with an injury or illness under a physician's care that has difficulty leaving the home to receive treatment can receive home healthy care.

How are services covered?
