Home Health Care Services

Services are delivered in the home by registered nurses; physical, occupational and speech therapists; and home health aides; all of whom were selected for their experience and compassion for home care.

You may be referred for any of these services by a physician, hospital discharge planner, family member or friend, an outside agency, or you may refer yourself.

St.Joseph At Home is available to residents in Howard and surrounding counties, and to any person, regardless of age, sex, race, religion, mental or physical disability.

St.Joseph At Home is licensed by the State of Indiana, certified for Medicare and Medicaid services, and accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations.
