The 25-bed St. Vincent Hospice inpatient facility offers homelike spaces for the patient and family -- spacious private rooms and suites, patient-accessible outdoor patios, and an expansive central courtyard. Carefully chosen furnishings and amenities help to create a comfortable environment to support the caring provided by staff and volunteers.
The inpatient facility also features a peaceful chapel and library for quiet moments as well as gathering places for patients and families, including our hearth and media rooms, sunroom, and kitchen. Family baths, laundry facilities, and a gift shop are also available.
The hospice unit managers and staff are decicated to providing expert and compassionate hospice care. The inpatient unit offers specially trained nurses and aides as well as a full-time social worker and chaplain. Our on-site physician medical director and pharmacist enable the St. Vincent inpatient unit to deliver the best possible care for hospice patients and their families.
