You may speak to a clinician at the Stress Center Central Diagnostic and Referral Service who will screen for medical emergencies. A face-to-face appointment will be scheduled in medically urgent cases.
Most situations, of course, are not emergencies. The StressLine staff will then assist you in making a regular appointment at a location near you.
