Where to find us

St.Joseph Trinity House Behavioral Services for in-patient, day treatment, IOP, medication management and traditional out-patient therapy is located in the most northeast building of the St.Joseph campus.  Convenient parking is available in the parking lot off of Berkley Street.  Enter the hospital through the MRI Center and Trinity entrance number 2, once inside, turn right.  Outpatient programs are on the second and third floors with inpatient programs on the first floor.  Traditional outpatient therapy is also provided by Trinity House Behavioral Services at American Health Network offices located at 2330 S. Dixon Road and at Hale and Associates located at 2738 E. 00 North South, Kokomo.
