Family Preservation Program

The Family Preservation Program provides intensive home and community based services to families referred through Marion County Office of Family and Children of Juvenile Court.

We provide teaching and support in the areas of child development, nutrition, housekeeping, cooking, appropriate discipline, recreation, parenting classes, and support in accessing other programs which may benefit the family. We provide these services to all families: including but not limited to those experiencing developmental delays.

Therapeutic Foster Care Program

The Therapeutic Foster Care Program will provide Therapeutic Foster Homes to 60 children. Families will be recruited, trained, and receive on-going support from our staff to provide homes to children. No more than two children will be placed in a home. Ten of our homes have been identified to serve children who are medically fragile.

If you are interested in becoming a Therapeutic Foster parent, please contact Community Outreach Director, Kathy D. Ballard at 317.338-4489
