Four to eight adults with developmental disabilities reside together in a home in the community. There is 24-hour supervision, and individualized training on functional living skills. Homes are located in northwest Marion County and Hamilton County, with most of the homes wheelchair accessible.
Supports, Services and Opportunities:
- Training includes money management, self-care, community access, cooking and other household skills
- Healthcare coordination
- Behavioral and counseling support
- Transportation for vocational programs, appointments and community involvement
- Person-centered planning to identify hopes, desires and needs
- Focus on building friendships and community connections
- Pleasant, safe, secure environments

Sources of Funding:
- Indiana Medicaid
- Approval by Family and Social Services
- Administration/Bureau of Developmental
- Disabilities Services (FSSA/BDDS)

Licensure:
- Homes are licensed by FSSA with staffing levels based on needs of individuals in each home
- Annual surveys by the Indiana State Department of Health
