Our mission is to provide guidance, resources, and support services to people with developmental disabilities so that they may reach their greatest level of independence.  Each individual is provided supports to partner with their community as a valued member.






 

 

 

Supported Independent Living Program

Individuals in this program generally live in apartment settings or their family's home. Support services are provided a few hours a week up to 16 hours per day based on individual needs.

  • One to three individuals living in their own or family apartments or homes.

  • Personal Assistance
  • Residential Habilitation/Support

  • Counseling & Behavior Management
  • Nursing/Healthcare Coordination
