Our mission is to provide guidance, resources, and support services to people with developmental disabilities so that they may reach their greatest level of independence. Each individual is provided supports to partner with their community as a valued member.

Individuals in this program generally live in apartment setting or a home. Support services are provided a few hours a week up to 16 hours per day based on individuals needs.
