Quality Assurance
We believe that Quality is a continuous process of improvement.
Our focus is to provide effective services and supports that make a difference in the lives of those we serve, and to assist individuals to have the life that they desire.
To ensure quality service and support our Quality Assurance Coordinator reviews each home annually, meets with individuals in their home, meets with families and with our associates to receive their input and ideas. A sampling of individuals and their families are surveyed quarterly (with all being surveyed annually). Associates are surveyed semi-annually. We listen and respond to their ideas, views and opinions.
