Meals on Wheels or Home Delivered Meals
You may qualify for a meal service if you are unable to prepare or shop for your food. There is typically a charge associated with this program, although some assistance is available to reduce the cost. Because service is limited, you may be placed on a waiting list (Meal services are not available in all locations).Your case manager can assist by identifying services that are available in your area.
