Pastoral Care Office
The Pastoral Care Office is located on the main level, just west of the gift shop. Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., phone (317) 338-2238.

After business hours, a chaplain can be reached at any time by contacting the hospital operator at (317) 338-2345.

Pastoral Visits
If a member of your congregation requests, we will notify you of their admission.

The chapel is located across from the Outpatient Surgery Pavilion on the main level.

Visiting hours vary depending on the unit. Call the unit via the hospital operator at (317) 338-2345 to inquire about visiting times.

In general, due to patient needs, morning is not a convenient time to visit. When meeting with family members, it may be helpful to call ahead to ensure that they are present.

Some patients require additional precautions to prevent infections, if there is a sign on a patient's door indicating "isolation precautions", please check with a nurse before entering to request appropriate procedures.

Patients may require additional rest while in the hospital, so please adjust your visits accordingly.

I.D. Badge
A "Clergy I.D." badge, that provides identification for you while in the hospital can be obtained through our Pastoral Care Department. Please contact our Pastoral Care Department at (317) 338-2238. You will then be directed to Security Access Services for a photo I.D. The process takes about 20 minutes. The hours for this service are Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
