 Jeff Fields
Dr. Fields, a native of Indiana, specializes in family medicine and sports medicine. Fellowship trained at IU, his goals are to provide compassionate and comprehensive care for both athletes and non-athletes. He currently serves as the team physician for Marion College and the Indianapolis Indians. Dr. Fields received his biochemistry degree at Notre Dame University. After serving in the Air Force, he returned to Indiana University for medical school and family practice residency. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and American College of Sports Medicine. He and his wife enjoy international travel, hiking, camping and other outdoor activities.
