Scott A. Lintner

Dr. Lintner graduated with high honors from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois in1984, and earned his medical degree with high institutional honors from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois in 1989. He did an internship and residency in orthopaedic surgery at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Lintner completed a fellowship in sports medicine and shoulder surgery at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina in 1995. He serves as assistant professor in the physicians assistant program at Butler University in Indianapolis. He is the team physician for the Indiana Pacers (NBA) and for Zionsville High School in Zionsville, Indiana.

Dr. Lintner has authored many articles published in prestigious medical journals such as the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, Sports Exercise and Injury, the American Journal of Orthopaedics and the American Journal of Sports Medicine. He has presented at numerous national and international conferences on orthopaedics.
